I just wanted to let you know how I feel the program is going, after only the first week or two. We had a few clients go through the process—two of them were fee sensitive and had previously asked about lowering their fees.
We trusted the system, used the fee mapping process, and put thought into how we delivered it—drawing from your presentation and guidance notes.
Proposed Fee: $9,825 (an increase of over 50%)
At their review meeting three weeks ago, one couple had asked again about reducing their fees. I told them, "Perfect timing!" and explained that we were adopting a new approach—mapping everyone’s fee based on complexity.
